DIFFERENT STARTING POINTS

Your plans.
Your pace.

Whether you already know TCM or are exploring a visit alongside a trip to China, start with the practical questions.

01

Visiting family

Explore appointment arrangements around an existing family visit.

02

Exploring TCM

Understand provider information, interpretation and the steps before travel.

03

Planning a China trip

Ask how a consultation might fit your plans, subject to clinical advice.

SUPPORT, BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

Less uncertainty.
More understanding.

A proposed coordination service, separate from medical diagnosis and treatment. Partner institutions and service availability must be verified before launch.

01

Appointment guidance

Understand the steps for requesting an appointment with a verified institution. Availability and acceptance are confirmed by the provider.

02

Language coordination

Discuss interpretation needs and the language of your documents before you travel. Interpreter arrangements are subject to confirmation.

03

Practical visit planning

Prepare questions about dates, accessibility and accompanying family. Travel, visa and accommodation arrangements remain separate.

KNOW BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Clear information.
Considered decisions.

Our role is coordination. Clinical advice, acceptance and treatment decisions belong to qualified medical providers.

Provider partnerships are not yet confirmed. Profiles will appear only after credentials and publication permission are verified.

01

Provider credentials

Know the registered institution, scope of practice, location and language arrangements before you commit.

02

An itemised scope

Coordination, clinical care and travel costs are confirmed separately. There is no medical package price in this preview.

03

Care after your visit

Discuss travel with your own clinician and confirm who to contact for follow-up after returning home.

FROM FIRST QUESTION TO FIRST VISIT

Your journey,
one step at a time.

No treatment promises. No pressure to book.

  1. Start with your travel plans

Share your preferred language, general timing and coordination needs — not your medical records.

  2. Confirm provider acceptance

Any medical review is handled by the provider through an approved secure process. An inquiry is not an appointment confirmation.

  3. Review verified options

Review provider credentials, service scope and an itemised quote before making commitments.

  4. Confirm, then travel

Only travel after appointment details are confirmed. The clinician determines whether any treatment is appropriate.

  5. Plan the next steps

Before leaving, confirm document collection, follow-up contacts and the arrangements for continuing care at home.

A BRIDGE BETWEEN CULTURES

A journey begins
with understanding.

A quiet introduction to China, its landscapes and the stories behind its traditions.

Two shores.
A shared curiosity.

The bridge represents language, understanding and the practical support that connects a visitor with a new place.

02 / 本草纲目

Plants, pages & curiosity

Planned story: botanical illustrations and the history of recording knowledge. Film not yet produced.

03 / 黄帝内经

Reading a tradition

Planned story: a cultural introduction to a historical text. Not medical advice; script research is still required.

ABOUT MU CARE TRAVEL

A human approach
to planning care abroad.

Mu Care Travel is a project in preparation for international visitors and overseas Chinese exploring TCM care in China. Our focus is the practical coordination around a visit: understanding the appointment process, discussing language needs and preparing the next steps.

Medical assessment and treatment belong to qualified providers. Any proposed coordination, provider availability and fees must be confirmed separately before you make travel plans or pay.

Opens your email app. You can also copy the address into your usual mailbox. Please do not send medical records, passport details or payment information.

Explore the inquiry experience below. This preview does not send or save anything.

Please use example information only. Do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, medical records, passport details or payment information.

Demo only. A live service would require a reviewed privacy notice, secure contact handling and separate consent before any health information is collected.

BEFORE YOU PLAN

A few important things.

Is this a clinic or a medical consultation?

No. This is a concept for a coordination service. It does not diagnose, prescribe or promise outcomes. No partner doctors or institutions have been confirmed for this demo.

Can I upload medical documents here?

No. No medical document upload is provided. Any future transfer would need a separate secure process, appropriate consent and review of cross-border data requirements.

Are treatment costs or visas included?

No packages or prices are offered in this demo. Clinical fees, coordination fees and travel expenses would need separate, transparent confirmation. No visa or treatment outcome is guaranteed.

Does TCM replace my current care?

No. Evidence varies by approach and condition. Do not replace or delay necessary care. Discuss any complementary care and travel plans with your clinician.

NCCIH · Understanding TCM ↗

What should I arrange for after returning home?

Before travel, clarify records, follow-up contacts, insurance coverage and potential additional costs with the relevant providers. Coordination does not replace medical follow-up.

Once contact is enabled, start with your preferred name, contact email, country or region, language and approximate travel dates. Do not include medical records, diagnoses, passport details or payment information in the initial message.

Who confirms appointments and costs?

Providers decide whether they can accept an appointment. Clinical services, coordination and travel costs are separate. This website does not confirm bookings, guarantee visas or promise treatment results.
